FAQ

I'm after a Christmas gift, when is the last date I can make my order, to insure delivery in time?

If you are within the UK, and using the 2nd class option, 17/12/18. If using Special Delivery, 21/12/18. For international orders to Europe, we err on the side of caution and say 09/12/18. Similarly, orders to the USA would also be 09/12/18. Please click here, for more information at the Royal Mail website.

How does your postage/shipping work within the UK?

If you spend under £60, your purchases will be sent 2nd class recorded at £3.90, dispatched next working day, with an estimated delivery time of 4 working days. Purchases over £60 are sent Special Delivery at £10, dispatched next working day, for a total estimated delivery time of 48 hours.

Do you ship to the USA or Europe?
Yes, we do, via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Purchases of £0.00 – £39.99 are charged at £13, £40.00 – £59.99 at £20, and £60.00 and up at £50. We will err on the side of caution and estimate delivery at 5 working days for European customers, and 7 working days for the USA.

Do you ship elsewhere?
Regrettably, not at this time.

Can I get a refund or return?

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day that they receive the item. If this a simple return, I.e. you changed your mind, the buyer pays for postage. If something has gone wrong, I.e. its broken or we sent you the wrong thing, post it back to us, and we will refund you that cost when we receive it. In either case, please contact us via the methods above, we take a great pride in what we do, and we'll try to fix it.

How do “Blind-packed” and “Random” items work?
Certain toylines, such as our new Botbots selection, provide their wares like trading cards,in that you don't buy named examples. These items are sold in obscuring and/or randomised packs, and as such we cannot guarantee specific examples when ordered. This doubly applies to the Botbots 5 & 8 packs, which are partially blind-packed, and sold as a random set. We will not send duplicates of a set, if you order 2 or more at the same time, although the “blind-packed” segment cannot be guaranteed. When ordering “Blind-packed” and/or “Random” items, you may end up with two of the same thing.

How would this effect my right of return?
The order would be made accepting that you would receive a random item, not a specific one. If a replacement were required in the event of loss or damage, that would also be randomised. Otherwise, your right of return is unaffected.
